What makes your business different than
the competition? Unlike other commercial aviation and tourism
consulting companies, our services are
focused around primary customer marketing research which we use to offer
clients additional services, such as strategic marketing communication
plans, plus identify areas for clients to enhance their customer service
and product development. Many competitors in the commercial aviation
sector focus on air route development papers, based mainly off secondary
passenger origin and destination data sources, plus economic impact
studies.
Our team and culture make up is different
from competitors in the commercial aviation and tourism consulting sector. Altitude
Consulting consists of a dynamic, passionate group of entrepreneurs from
the commercial aviation and tourism industry with first hand experience
in the private sector. We do not have a traditional organizational
structure with a CEO and subordinates. None of our team
members have role titles that include hierarchical words like "manager,"
"director," "executive" and "president." We each have titles that
describe our area of expertise or background, as each person is an
equally important contributor to the Altitude team.
How is your service better than the
rest? Our core
accommodation,
airport terminal
and airline
customer research services are tailored to each client; unlike some
competitors we do not use a 'cookie cutter' approach. Altitude
Consulting specialize in the commercial aviation and tourism sector,
where many research and consulting firms serve a broad range of
industries. Our team also uses a client's research findings to make
strategic decisions for other services we offer to broaden a client's
return on investment, such as marketing communication plans, plus
product and service development.

that are different? We use a unique methodology for our
core customer research services that is
different from competitors.

associated with your organization? Each of our team members has a
unique, colorful background. One of our co-founders,
Ross Brown, is President of the
Abbotsford
Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest and oldest boards of trade
in Canada. Ross is often quoted in British Columbia media on various
