Matthias is a
graduate from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV)
and Coastal Pacific Aviation where he completed a Bachelor of Business
Administration Degree (BBA) in Aviation. The
program consisted of a bachelor in business administration where several
business aviation courses are part of the curriculum including the
completion of pilot licenses up to the Commercial and Multi/IFR ratings.

As a
consultant, Matthias has worked extensively with YXX (Abbotsford
International Airport) providing marketing
services. These services consisted of researching new air route
development, conducting trade show and promotional activities, managing
airport advertising programs, and developing and implementing YXX’s
marketing strategy. Matthias also has provided marketing consulting services
to Air North, Yukon's Airline.
As a
co-founder of Altitude Holding Group Inc., parent company of Altitude
Consulting, Matthias works extensively on various projects including
the development of HotelGymReview.com and Travel Tails Media Group.
During his
tenure at UFV, Matthias was the recipient of a UFV Research Excellence
Award for work completed on an air route feasibility study. Other
significant milestones include co-founding Enerjet, a niche charter airline company, plus assisting with the initial development of Classic Canadian Tours, an Altitude Consulting client.
Matthias has
great passion for the aviation and tourism industries, plus has been a life-long
student immerging himself in its ongoing studies.
